AAAhhh, I am getting back on a realy clean diet again after being permanantly injured since nov 06. I went from being 215 with a 29 inch waist at 5’9″ tall. I bet I have dropped 30 plus pound’s of muscle and gained more fat that a sumo wrestler want’s. I wont ever look anything at all like I did, but hope to drop all my weight off in the month’s to come. @callMEdrLUV skim still has all of the nasty things in the above paragraph! Soy milk is worse!!!! It has estrogen mimickers which jack up your FEMALE hormone, estrogen and tons of more negative health impacts. STAY AWAY FROM SOY. Muscle Milk was just found to have high levels of cadmium and lead….HEAVY METALS.

@callMEdrLUV MIlk is full of pituitary hormones, steroid hormones, thyroid and parathyroid hormones, gastrointestinal peptides, growth factors, growth inhibitors, fat, cholesterol, allergenic proteins, blood, pus, antibiotics, bacteria and viruses. YUMMY HUH?

@callMEdrLUV Your friend doesn’t know jack bro………MILK and dairy are nasty. Doesnt matter whether its whole, 2% or skim……..same nasty stuff in it. I”ll send you info…………..check to see if your protein has acesulfame potassium, sucralose, food dyes etc…if it does its bad for you…..

you were talking about regular milk (2%, ect.), i mix in my protein shake with 2% milk or water… i only use milk when i`ve run out of fruits to mix the water with (i hate it with water). The thing is you were also saying that that reg milk wasnt good… a friend said it was ok because it`s mostly because im a young guy. oh and one more thing, i use a protein called “Six Star: Whey Protein Plus” is it still good? it`s still protein

@jameschoi999 I’m a health & fitness expert/author ……….you should join my site on my page and check out my book as it sounds like you need a foundation of knowledge to be successful. Do a shake about 30 min to an hour before…..will maximize muscle building and fat burning
